NEWS! USDA replaces “FOOD PYRAMID” with “MYPLATE”

Here it is!  The Egyptians can keep the food pyramid…we now have “MyPlate”.
 
 
 
 
 
 
To sum it up here are the key points:
Balancing Calories:
1. Enjoy your food, but eat less
2. Avoid over sized portions
